About Next Mountain
When old maps stop working, a new compass must be found.
Beyond the exit, a new compass awaits. Next Mountain is here to help you find your true north.
The Problem We're Solving
Today's success paradigm, based on ownership, status, and competition, is unsustainable. It produces economic gain but also burnout, ecological harm, and disconnection.
Many leaders who have reached the pinnacle of achievement are left restless, navigating cognitive dissonance: outwardly successful, yet inwardly unfulfilled. They long for meaning, for purpose, for a story that makes sense.
Meanwhile, breakthrough ideas and movements for society's most pressing challenges remain isolated from the leaders who could catalyze them.
This disconnect keeps transformative initiatives from reaching their potential. Seasoned leaders have abundant capital and experience but lack pathways to systemic impact. Regenerative initiatives have breakthrough solutions but need operational wisdom and resources to scale.
Our Approach
At Next Mountain, we help leaders navigate the space after success, a liminal phase when familiar strategies fall short while a new direction has yet to emerge.
We create space for this transition: a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself before choosing your next ascent. Through research and lived experience, we see this threshold as a powerful opportunity. When individuals reconnect with their heart-centered nature, they not only discover greater personal fulfillment but also unlock the capacity to contribute to systemic change.

We are here to weave a new story where fulfillment sparks regeneration and success is measured by the lives we help thrive.
How We Support This Vision
We support this transformation in two ways: through Integration Programs that align inner growth with outer action, and through a Collective Impact Community, which directs resources and expertise into regenerative projects. Together, they create a virtuous cycle where leaders gain clarity and authenticity while their contributions drive systemic change.
Our Story
Next Mountain started with an encounter. Marie France, a recently exited founder, and Nathalia, an ex-CEO turned economist and coach, met at a community event for practitioners exploring regeneration and systems change in Montreal, Canada.
Each of us was shedding former identities and searching for a deeper way to engage with the world. Though our backgrounds and stories were different, we were both driven by the same question: Where could we have the most impact?
We embarked on a journey to discover something worth building together. We met with entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, and community organizers. A pattern emerged:
On one side, the world of regenerative projects, innovative think tanks, and transformative initiatives, full of promises but often under-resourced and struggling to find their footing outside of a rarefied circle.
On the other: entrepreneurs and investors with abundant experience, networks, and capital, undergoing a transition and in need of support, conceptual clarity, and connection to channel their gifts towards systemic impact..
We founded Next Mountain to bridge that gap.
